Image Rights & Copyright

 

By uploading a photo to our shop, you confirm that you either own the rights to the image or have permission from the rights holder to use it for creating your personalised product.

What this means in practice:
You’re welcome to upload:

• Photos you’ve taken yourself
• Images you have a valid licence for, allowing commercial use and reproduction on physical products

To keep everything smooth, please avoid uploading:

• Photos taken by a professional photographer without permission for product use
• Images from the internet or social media (e.g. Google Images, Instagram, Pinterest)
• Screenshots or scans of images you don’t own the rights to
• Photos of other people without their consent
• Content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates public decency

Privacy:

Your images are used exclusively to produce your order and are never shared with third parties. Once production is complete, they are securely deleted from our systems.
